YES BUTS, NO BUTTS FOR THIS WEEK.

Week 3 of my BUTTStory has been a bit of a whirlwind. With a packed schedule and numerous responsibilities, it was challenging to find time for my butt-building workouts. Let me fill you in on the details.

Unfortunately, this week, I fell short in terms of consistency. The demands of rehearsals, schoolwork, and other commitments left me feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. As a result, I could only manage to complete half of the required 150 minutes of exercise. It was disheartening to not be able to fully commit, but I reminded myself that setbacks happen and it's important to keep moving forward.

On a brighter note, my efforts from the previous weeks were starting to show results. My butt and legs were gradually getting stronger and more toned. I noticed a firmer and lifted appearance in my posterior, which gave me a boost of motivation to keep pushing forward.

To add some variety to my routine, my group and I decided to have a group P.E. session after class. We wanted to make our workouts more engaging and fun. We incorporated activities like relay races and even dance workouts. It was a refreshing change of pace and brought a sense of camaraderie to our fitness journey.

In addition to the familiar exercises like squats, lunges, and hip thrusts, I also incorporated sit-ups and step-ups into my routine. This exercise involved stepping onto an elevated platform and lowering myself back down, engaging my glutes and leg muscles. It provided a new challenge and added variety to my workouts.

Although this week was tough, I reminded myself not to dwell on the setbacks. Instead, I focused on the progress I had made so far and the positive changes I was seeing in my body. It's important to celebrate the small victories and keep pushing forward, even when life gets in the way.

As I enter week 4 of my fitness journey I'm determined to find a better balance and prioritize my workouts. I know that consistency is key, and I won't let a few bumps in the road deter me from reaching my goals. Here's to a new week and new opportunities for growth and progress!
