As I reflect on my 'yes Butts, no more what ifs' journey and the challenges I've faced, a newfound determination washes over me. While the official time of weeks may have passed, I realize that my journey doesn't have to end here. So, I propose a simple idea: let's add another week to fill the gaps and continue on this butt-building adventure! With the pressures of the "Encanto" musical play behind me and a more manageable schedule on the horizon, it feels like the perfect opportunity to dive back into my fitness routine. I am excited to reignite the fire within me and dedicate myself to this journey once again. During this bonus week, I plan to focus on the exercises I've learned and add some new ones to spice things up. In addition to squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and step-ups, I'll explore other glute-targeting moves recommended by fitness experts.
